Can my toddler use the Today I Ate A Rainbow Chart?

posted by: Kia

Starting at a very young age it is very important that we encourage our little ones to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. The earlier we start, the easier it should be as they get older, to keep them eating their produce! A parent with an 18 month old could easily use the chart themselves to help keep track of what their toddler has eaten. We simple recommend that the chart not be used by the toddlers themselves until they are old enough to not want to stick the magnets in their mouths! We all know that before a certain age…everything goes in their mouths! We just want to make sure little ones are kept safe but by all means parents of toddlers could certainly benefit from using our chart to help keep track of all the yummy fruits and veggies their little one is trying!
