We’re in Okanagan Life Magazine!

Hannah and I had the pleasure of being interviewed and photographed by Bruce Kemp for Okanagan Life Magazine…the article is now out in their Spring issue! We are very big fans of juicing around here because of watching a great documentary called Fat Sick and Nearly dead by Joe Cross. Be sure to check out his website when you have a moment! Juicing is a great (and fun) way to enjoy fruits and veggies…the combinations are endless. We really like this video by Breville (we have their juicer and love it!) and wanted to share it with you! When we think about eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables it’s fairly easy to get in your green, red, orange and yellow…but the blue/purple color group can be trickier to work into your diet every day!
