Feed Our Families

posted by: Kia

I have met so many wonderful people on Twitter and Facebook who are on a mission to raise healthy kids.  One such person is Gina!  Gina is the founder of Feed Our Families, a new site that aims to inform, inspire and empower parents to make healthier choices for their children. She shares her own family’s adventures with food at her Feed Our Families Blog

She writes fantastic articles like this one called Mom Lets Eat A Rainbow Today! http://www.changebecomeschange.com/feed_our_familes_blog/2010/08/mom-lets-eat-the-rainbow-today.html

I also really love her 8 Veggie Stir Fry post http://www.changebecomeschange.com/feed_our_familes_blog/2010/08/our-stir-fry-unrecipes.html

I hope you’ll visit her site…I think it’s one of the best ones out there!

Happy Healthy Eating,
Kia
