Our whole family is using the chart and eating our rainbows and it helped us all eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies yesterday - something my picky eaters and I have not done in a very long time!...Read More - Lisa C.-

Our chart arrived today. This evening after supper, we showed it to the kids. I explained to them how it works and we talked about what we had eaten today.
Without the chart I would have never known that my son ATE A RAINBOW. It’s very difficult to get him to eat vegetables, but he loves fruit.
The only one he was missing was purple, so both of them decided to have raisins for their bedtime snack.
Day 1 and we have two happy rainbow eaters. They claim there’s a pot of gold in their stomach.
Without your chart I would have never realised how good they actually are eating. You’re right; we do stress out about it too much sometimes.
I think the chart is just as handy for the parents as it is encouraging for the children!
Can’t wait to finish our trial so I can write about it in my column!
Thank you for your fantastic feedback Dara! I love that they said there is a pot of gold in their stomach…so cute!
Keep us posted on how things go!
