Pasta Dinner – Kids Cook Monday Series

posted by: Kia

This weekend Hannah prepared a kamut pasta dish for us, lucky for her, Daddy had just made a batch of pasta sauce so she said it was a very easy meal to make because all she had to do was prepare the pasta and a spinach ceasar salad.

Her favorite part was stirring the big pot of pasta pretending to be a witch and cackling loudly!  When kids are in the kitchen you never know what will happen next…or if you’re going to get turned into a frog!

Cooking is just like any other life skill – the more you practice the easier it gets!  As we always tell Hannah “Practice Make Progress” there’s no need for perfection!

Happy Healthy Eating,
Kia
