We are working our way through our food rainbow! Today is Orange day!!! Hannah enjoyed sliced orange peppers,  cubed up cantaloupe and orange slices!  It can be fun to come up with different ways of presenting fruits and veggies! Sliced, cubed, crinkled cut, grated…there are a lot of options. Fun Ways to Celebrate Eating a Rainbow!

The biggest reward of eating a rainbow is a healthy body! Of course for kids, having a weekly or monthly celebration or a healthy reward is something more tangible that they can work towards. The way it works in our house is, if our daughter eats a rainbow for 6 days in a row, she then gets to choose a fun activity for the family to do together on the 7th day.
