March 1st was our Rainbow Girl Hannah’s half birthday…yes we celebrate half birthdays around here! We usually just do fun little things to make the day special for her and we always have an extra special dessert! I sometimes find it helpful to give myself a theme when coming up with healthy snacks for my daughter!  Since we are always working on eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables I decided to share some daily snack ideas based on color! Today is RED day!!!! Hannah had watermelon, raspberries and strawberries for her RED day snack!
