Shipping and Handling

We ship via regular mail through the Canada Postal Service. Our flat rate for mail in Canada is $3.00/ item. Our flat rate for mail in the continental United States is $7.00/ item. Our flat rate for International shipping is $14.00/ item. In Canada, Canada post delivers between 5-14 business days (please allow for further delays during peak shipping seasons). For higher volume orders, please contact us directly for shipping quotes.
Please note we take every precaution to insure your order arrives safely, however, there may be occasions where goods are damaged which are beyond our control.

Return Conditions & Items Damaged During Shipment

Only merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the date of receipt of your order. The Purchaser must return the damaged item(s) in its original packaging at his/her own cost before replacement(s) will be sent.
Returns are limited to acceptance within 14 business days upon receipt and for unopened product only which is to be returned at Purchaser’s cost with a credit only for the original purchase of the product to the account originally withdrawn. The Purchaser must provide an accompanying letter with the return of the unopened product stating the reason for the return before a credit will be forthcoming.

Claims

Claims will fall under the following categories: Lost Order, Damaged Merchandise, and Shortage on Order.

Lost Orders

Third party carriers may occasionally lose an order. If you have placed an order and have not received it within a reasonable period, please contact us with the following information:

• Your name as it appears on your purchase order;
• A copy of the order and date submitted to us;
• Approximate dollar amount remitted and how the order was paid, such as by credit card or debit card.

If a partial order was delivered and the invoice is included in one of the delivered cartons, please have this invoice available and a list of the missing items and the number of cartons received.

Damaged Merchandise

If you find outward damage, sign the receipt with the words “Exception – Damage.” Explain the damage involved, number of packages received and you will have replacement(s) sent to you within 3 days of the date of receipt of your order. The Purchaser must return the damaged item(s) at his/her own cost before replacement(s) will be sent. This information will prepare us for a claim report from the carrier.

Shortages

If you receive an incomplete order, please check your invoice. We will not ship if the item was out of stock. If the item does not appear on your invoice, be sure to advise customer services when you email or call. If there is a shortage due to tampering, a claim must be placed with the carrier. Follow the same procedure as for damaged merchandise. If there is no tampering and an actual shortage exists, contact customer service.
