The Kids Cook Monday

posted by: Kia

Hannah and I made pancakes for Daddy’s birthday breakfast!  This was the first time we used this recipe and I must say they turned our really yummy :)   This recipe is a bit of a family secret so I’m not actually “allowed” to give out the recipe this week!

As always we start our cooking by washing our hands!

I like to put all the ingredients into little dishes so that it easier for Hannah to just pour them in!

Craaaack! After much practice Hannah has become a pro at cracking eggs!

Concentrating but still with a smile on her face :)

Testing to see if the griddle is hot enough…Hannah sprinkles water and watches it sizzle around…this is always good for a giggle or two!

This kid loves making pancakes…so many fun things to do!

We danced while waiting for the pancakes to cook!

Ta Da!!! A Beary yummy pancake breakfast!  The blueberry smile means Hannah got to put up her blue/purple magnet on her Today I Ate A Rainbow chart!
